ABOUT US

The coming into being of Empowerment Food Network [EFN], is another pleasant reason to given a resounding applause to Dr Augustine Ozioma Onwumere, for his unwavering commitment to the upliftment of human life. Right under our very eyes, hunger is ravaging our country men and women. Social commentators have described the food problem as national food crisis. Shortage and unavailability of food is, however, not unique to Nigeria; as other parts of Africa and the world are equally drastically affected.
In response to the food question, Dr Onwumere, a serial investor, renowned entrepreneur and accomplished businessman, unveiled the Empowerment Food Network, to ensure that families can put food on the table; and in addition, earn reasonable income through a system of food distribution that is secure and eliminates middlemen excesses.
The passion to help people in need, actually propelled Dr Onwumere to come up with the [EFN] initiative. Empowerment Food Network is commencing operation by stocking first, basic food items such as rice, tomatoes and vegetable oil and making them available to partners at good profit margin. However, the larger picture is that in the near future, other staples would be added until the supply range expands into a full food production outlet.

OUR VISION

To solve the food and money shortage problem in Nigeria, West Africa and the world.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is primarily to provide the platforms through which ordinary people can become food distributors at different levels and make money through a network marketing system that is safe and secured for profit making.

How does it work?

Like the name implies, Food Empowerment Network is designed to enable people to become distributors of assorted food stuff, with as little as N50,000. Precisely, if one invests N50,000 start-up capital in the network, he or she gets some food stuffs from the network’s massive store house which the investor can retail to final consumers. By introducing other people to do the same, the investor earn some income in three levels/categories.
Invariably, EFN initiative is a network or a multi-level marketing model. Central to its smooth running is a free seminar, which hold from time to time, to train ordinary people on how to distribution food items and make money doing the business. The seminar series is given a pride of place, as a designated training ground is provided for people to gather, learn how to do the business; and how to get involved in the business almost free of charge.
On completion of the free seminars, those who feel the business is good for them, can take further necessary step to invest N50,000 or more units of the entry level. That automatically qualifies such investors to get the food stuff from the stables of EFN food stores; all branded in the name Empowerment Food Network. It’s important to note that the whole idea is to help families put food on the table and also earn income by becoming distributors of food items and introducing to other people to join the business.
Speaking figuratively, the investor uses one stone to kill two birds. And guess what? More people get empowered when an investor introduces other people who are also making money from stocking, selling food items, as well as introducing others into the business. That way, the downlines become active partners in the task to solve the food scarcity in Nigeria, in Africa and in the world at large.

OUR CORE VALUES

Empowerment

We empower you through training, to know how to distribute food and make money through network marketing.

Food Availability

From EFN large and growing food store houses, we make essential food stuff available to all through EFN all over our communities

Network Marketing

As the name implies EFN employs the multilevel marketing strategy to empower its partners. Network Marketing leverages on other people's efforts and contributions to benefit and grow every partner in the business of food distribution.

LOCATION FOR SEMINARS

To keep this primary objective sacrosanct, Dr Onwumere chosen to site the Headquarters EFN in Alagbado, a densely populated areas of Lagos State where thousands of the down trodden walk the streets with churning hunger in their stomachs. “There are some suburbs in Lagos where food is a major problem, not to talk of the need for education and lack of other social amenities. Let’s solve the food problem first; and people will also make money from the food distribution model; then together we can solve the other problems,” the founder stressed.
So far, he has invested huge financial resources into acquiring the operational headquarters. In the same vein, over N150, 000, 000 has been deposited with rice producers, vegetable oil and tomatoes factories owners, just to ensure that products are bought from direct sources.

No other marketing method empowers people more than a network/multi-level model; where one leverage on the efforts of other people to get these food stuff, make money, send your children to school and pay your families bills without stress. Just what is required from people is the ability to be teachable, trainable and to also impart the same knowledge to others [how food distribution is done under the model and how to make money more by introducing other persons].
